Help for heroes annual Winter Games 2020
In February 2020 Graham Shapiro will be visiting Phoenix House Recovery Centre in Catterick.
Help for heroes annual Winter Games, which is being held at Catterick this year. Teams of beneficiaries from each centre come together to compete and take part in a number of different activities. In the past these activities have included sledge hockey, skiing, clay pigeon shooting and the most popular activity sled dog racing. This year the Winter Games are taking place for a week in March.
Graham commented, “As well as watching some of the Games I am delighted to visit on behalf of The Graham Shapiro Foundation to not only have a tour of the centre and be introduced to some of the staff but also meet beneficiaries of our support.”
