ironman Portugal
Graham Shapiro competed in ironman Portugal 70.30 on 29 Sept 2019, (1mile sea swim, 57mile bike ride and 13 mile run, within 8 hours on the same day) to raise money for The Graham Shapiro Foundation.
Graham commented, “Thank you to friends, family and close work colleagues that donated.Your contributions made a huge difference to help me get over the line. Also for a great cause. Money going towards helping many mental health and well being charities. Supporting young and old with these conditions.”
